WildScapes

Company: Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo

Role: Graphic Designer

WildScapes was a unique seasonal exhibit at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo, showcasing larger-than-life animal sculptures amid the Dorothy Harvie Gardens. As Graphic Designer, I conceptualize, developed and executed designs for the interpretive experience from wayfinding to storytelling.

The primary objective of the interpretive signage was to seamlessly integrate the signs into the exhibit’s overall experience while highlighting each individual story. This was achieved by employing distinctive organic shapes and incorporating consistent elements throughout the suite to establish a cohesive and harmonious composition.
